Albert P. Mollo, Esq.
Mr. Mollo brings extensive experience in criminal defense, DWI, and traffic matters, having represented thousands of clients in court and handled hundreds of cases each year. He is dedicated to delivering vigorous, efficient, and sophisticated legal representation with a personal commitment to every client, every day.
Mr. Mollo’s practice includes comprehensive case evaluations, discovery analysis, motion practice, and trial advocacy. He has successfully filed and argued appeals before the Superior Court and the Appellate Division.
His legal career began at a global law firm, followed by service as a Judicial Law Clerk in both the Civil and Criminal Divisions, where he gained a deep understanding of procedural and substantive legal issues.
In addition to his courtroom experience, Mr. Mollo has a strong foundation in legislative processes, having worked in the New Jersey Legislature and in Washington, D.C., in the Office of the Speaker of the United States House of Representatives.
He earned his B.A. from the University of Arizona and his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law.
